Regina is an Associate at ClimateHaven, where she supports strategic development for the Water Innovation Hub and leads startup recruitment for our incubator platform.
A graduate of Yale University with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and a certificate in Energy Studies, Regina is dedicated to advancing science-based, community-centered, and impact-driven climate solutions. Regina launched her climate career by founding the Climate Reality Project West TX branch in El Paso, where she engaged over 500 low-income youth in climate change education and advocacy. At Yale, she expanded her community impact with the Urban Resources Initiative, overseeing urban forestry projects to advance environmental justice and green space equity. During her most recent internship with Hanwha Qcells, Regina developed strategic business models for renewable energy markets, focusing on peer-to-peer energy trading and blockchain applications to streamline energy transactions. She aims to leverage her diverse experiences within ClimateHaven's network, engaging with a broad spectrum of industries to drive impactful collaboration.
Outside of work, Regina is happiest hosting dinner parties with food from her garden, solo traveling, and enjoying a cup of tea in the mountains.
