In April of 2024, ClimateHaven introduced the pilot of /Climb, beginning with the Company module. This comprehensive five-session series covered a range of topics including cap tables, stock options, fundraising preparation, board development, hiring strategies, and intellectual property protection. Created by Ryan Dings and featuring world-class guest instructors, the program provides in-depth knowledge and guidance to foster a supportive learning environment to learn the fundamentals of creating resilient and thriving companies.
In the fall of /Climb returned with the people Module. A cohort of founders gained in-depth knowledge of how to build a strong company with support from a tightly knit community of partners at Yale and CI.
