In April of 2024, ClimateHaven introduced the pilot of /Climb, beginning with the Company module. This comprehensive five-session series covered a range of topics including cap tables, stock options, fundraising preparation, board development, hiring strategies, and intellectual property protection. Created by Ryan Dings and featuring world-class guest instructors, the program provides in-depth knowledge and guidance to foster a supportive learning environment to learn the fundamentals of creating resilient and thriving companies.

This fall /Climb is back with the People Module. This will be an unrivaled opportunity to join a cohort of fellow founders while gaining in-depth knowledge of how to build a strong company with support from a tightly knit community of partners at Yale and CI.   We are looking for early-stage founders who are willing to commit to four sessions of the program between October 10th and November 21st.
