Eileen Smith is the Finance Manager at ClimateHaven, where she is dedicated to supporting our staff and members and actively contributes to our organization's success. As one of our first hires, Eileen has been instrumental from ClimateHaven's inception, leading the day-to-day financial decision-making and procedures.

Prior to this role, Eileen served as the Executive Director at Soundview Medical Associates for 22 years, overseeing all aspects of personnel management, strategic planning and development, and other office operations, with a significant focus on financial reporting and cost centers.

Eileen received her A.S. in Accounting from Housatonic Community College and her B.S. in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, is a proud parent of three adult children, and, in her free time, enjoys gardening, art, cooking, and the theater.
