Cecil Gilliard is the Operations Manager at ClimateHaven. He brings expertise in earth and environmental science, commercial photography, and military service to the team and is dedicated to driving operational excellence and fostering community engagement.

Prior to joining ClimateHaven, Cecil built his leadership and operational skills in the United States Navy. He then spent over a decade mastering various roles in the photography industry on the bustling streets of New York City. His most recent work in chemical analysis in an environmental laboratory equipped him with skills in quality control and data interpretation.

Cecil holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Environmental Science from CUNY Brooklyn College and has certifications in programming and data analytics from Harvard and Google. He resides with his family in New Haven, CT, enjoying travel, cycling, and fantasy literature.
