Aishwarya is Director at Climate Haven where she spearheads startup development, helping climate tech founders scale impactful ideas into viable ventures. She also leads the Water Innovation Hub, a collaborative initiative with the Regional Water Authority, to accelerate breakthrough technologies tackling critical water challenges.
Aishwarya previously served as Environmental Innovation Fellow at the Yale Center for Business and Environment and the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale. In her role, she worked closely with student entrepreneurs, faculty, alumni and affiliates to grow the climate technology ecosystem and accelerate the scaling of new ideas and solutions. She is passionate about exploring innovative mechanisms for financing and deploying technologies that decarbonize the planet.
Aishwarya obtained a Master's in International and Development Economics from Yale University. Prior to Yale, she worked as a consultant to the state government in India in technological transformation of traditional industries. She also has experience working in venture capital where she worked closely with entrepreneurs as well as helped create ecosystems for impact. Originally from Kerala, India, Aishwarya loves the outdoors, cooking, reading, and a life full of music!
