Caroline Tanbee-Smith is one of the Co-Founders of Collab, an accelerator supporting early-stage underrepresented entrepreneurs in Greater New Haven. Outside of Collab, Caroline has also co-founded local volunteer organizations including New Haven Bike Month and AAPI New Haven.

In addition to ClimateHaven, she serves on the Boards of the New Haven Free Public Library Foundation, DataHaven, and Liberty Community Services. For her work, she has received the Yale-Jefferson Award for Public Service, City of New Haven Individual Innovator Award, the Yale University Seton Elm-Ivy Award, and one of the New Haven Independent's Under-30s New Haveners of the Year.
